About Coach

Xylena has been active and competitive her whole life starting with track and field in middle school. While in college she tried every intramural sport she could find (soccer, softball, volleyball) and continued playing city league soccer through graduate school. She also spent many years doing less conventional sports like cycling, kayaking and rock climbing. Xylena started crossfit in late 2014 after a fractured ankle kept her from soccer and climbing and has never looked back. As a coach, her aim is to help members reach their goals, whether they are to get stronger and faster or simply to get in a good workout for the day. She loves muscle ups and hates bell peppers.
