CrossFit Hierarchy offers a weekly yoga class on Sundays at 12:00pm. Free to Hierarchy members, the class is a fun flow designed to help CrossFitters notice what’s going on with their bodies, mobilize, and align.

It’s fun. It’s fast moving enough to build heat and avoid falling asleep, and most importantly it incorporates the movements essential to staying healthy and executing proper form during CrossFit.
